Aerosoft released some details and screens about their upcoming game Emergency 112 – The Fire Fighting Simulation (Notruf 112).

We have ssen the pre-alpha of Emergency 112 on the gamescom. This game gives players the oppurtunity to be a profession of a fire fighter in free play mode within a big city. They told us, that the development team Crenetic has developed this simulation in co-operation with the fire brigade in Mühlheim (germany).

The developers recreated the original station of Mülheim in this simulation, which is responsible for fire protection, emergency services and civil protection. This fire station is one of the largest and most modern stations of Germany and even Europe, according to them.

Further they sad, that they will include various vehicles of the fire brigade, especially the fire truck (LF24). “Other fire fighting vehicles such as water tender, aerial ladder and command vehicle were implemented for this complex simulation as well.”

“In addition, the realistic hose handling with flexible movable ones and the realistic fire spread by means of a dynamic fluid simulation,  ensures eventful and authentic operations in variable weather conditions during the day and night.”

This game offers an open game world in which any building can have an operation. We think that this guarantees a diverse, varying rescue operation experienced by a fire fighter. According to the developer, “these exciting randomly generated scenarios, such as an oil slick, car accidents with cars and trucks, fires with external and internal attack (under compressed air breathing apparatus), a roof truss fire and apartment fires provide hours of fun.”
