Headup Games today announces Solar Shifter EX, a sci-fi shoot ’em up with the unique ability to ‘shift’. Solar Shifter EX is in development by Elder Games, the one-man studio behind critically acclaimed RTSMeridian: New World and will be released in Q4 2015 on desktop platforms and in 2016 on PS4 and Xbox One.
