Psyonix and Square Enix announced that bring another big update for Nosgoth, the release of the new Human class – the Vanguard, the Drowning Men.

These new race is equipped with mighty throwing axes and a shield, can take more punishment than any human class, but as a balance their long range damage is affected. With their shields, they are able to disrupt or disable enemies and secondary support powers to enhance or protect teammates. As with other classes, the  Vanguard class can be unlocked with an artifact (earned when you level up five times) or by purchasing it directly with Runestones from the store. Until Sunday, the instant unlock purchase for the Vanguard has been discounted by 25%.
