Sqaure Enix confirmed that Dragon Quest Heroes launches in Japan tomorrow. In addition to that they also announced that Dragon Quest Heroes is officially coming to the West via PlayStation Blog US!

Dragon Quest Heroes will be coming out in North America and Europe in 2015, exclusively for PS4, and will be available as both a boxed retail release and digital download via PlayStation Store.
