TERA: Fate of Arun – Brawler Class and Two New End-game Dungeons Now Playable

Gameforge and developers Bluehole welcome a new class to the world of Arborea in the latest update to the action MMORPG TERA: Fate of Arun. Armed with steel powerfists, the new tank is a commanding melee bruiser who uses roundhouse kicks, jackhammers and counters to dominate the battlefield. The Brawler is joined by two new challenging end-game dungeons for level 65 players: Kalivan’s Dreadnaught and the Forsaken Island. In addition, all heroes who log into the game by 27th December 2015 inclusive will receive a free character slot expansion plus a majestic Snow Tiger as a permanent mount.

The Brawler – Roll with the Punches

The new pugilistic class is available to human females. Skills such as the Bull Rush, which drives back any enemies in the Brawler’s path and generates aggro, or the Quick Dash, which allows her to quickly evade incoming enemy attacks, both provide the class with some requisite speed and dexterity. Despite her massive powerfists, the Brawler is by no means cumbrous, easily capable of charging down fleeing enemies. Once her opponents are in range, the Brawler can knock them to ground with a Haymaker, and follow that skill up with a High Kick, sending downed enemies into the air and increasing her rage.

Kalivan’s Dreadnaught and the Forsaken Island: Two New End-game Dungeons

.

Level 65 players will now be able to enter two new dungeons: Kalivan’s Dreadnaught and the Forsaken Island. The first of these adventures, divided into three different difficulty levels, leads players through a naga pirate ship until they must confront and defeat their leader, Kalivan himself. Brave players will need to collect equipment from this dungeon in order to stand a chance on the Forsaken Island. The latter is haunted by souls cursed and betrayed by their erstwhile ruler Desolarus.
