The Kraken Pro V2 is not the newest hardware made by Razer. But according to them, the Kraken Pro V2 is the best E-Sports headsets on the market. Thanks to them, we have the opportunity, to find it out.

It is a fact, that headsets that offers a great sound and are comfortable at the same time and are available for for a price under 100 Euro, especially for consoles. But Razer will change this. That is the reason why we are so happy about, especially if you take a look at the previous Kraken Headsets and it is one you can use for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

If you take a look at the specification, you will notice very quickly, that Razer did not stop working on the release of a better headset. They for example included larger Audio-Driver. In the opposite to the previous 
headsets, they added 50 mm speakers.

This adds a much noticeably richer sound which is fantastic. Generally, we can hear much greater sounds compared to the other headsets. They are more balanced and much clearer. We love it how powerful explosions sounds and how clear we can hear somebody speaking. Even if you turn the volume up there are no distortions. We could hear clearly in many games the enemies footsteps. And this is especially for competitive players very important that got this need. We can confirm that we love the stereo sound of this headset.

We also got a great opinion about the headset’s unidirectional microphone. Unfortunately, it is not possible to take it off and set it in the other side. But this is not bad. The arm is very flexible and nearly perfect adjustable.

The Razer Kraken Pro V2’s output transfer is fantastic. Razer also changed a lot of things compared to the previous model. The increased the noise ratio as well as the sensitivity. This gives the microphone a much better sounds.

At this point we unfortunately have to say, that it would not be a headset that we would prefer for podcasts, etc. We think that for things like that you will need a headset with a much higher sound quality which will be more expensive. We think that the quality of the mic is enough to talk with friends via PC, XBox and PlayStation.

You connect the Razer headset with the 3,5 mm jack. Because of this you could call the Razer Kraken Pro V2 an all round talent. And we think that the price of 90,-€ is very fair. It does not matter if you use this headset for the PC, Mac, a PlayStation 4 or for a Xbox One. This thing works everywhere fine. It also works very well with a Smartphone.

What we also love is the headsets design. It is like jadoRendr itselfs, simple but very reasoned. You can get it in black, white and green. If you get a chance to get them in your own hand you will quickly notice the great padded earphones. Like we said before, it does not matter where you use it. Because of the high quality manufacturing you will have a lot of fun with the headset.

The from bauxite-aluminium made frame is really strong. This the reason why the headset is very light which is still comfortable even if you wear it for hours. But not only the low weight aids the comfort. The large ear pads are extremely soft. Most of the time we forgot the we are wearing a headset.

Razer offers with the Razer Kraken Pro V2 a fantastic all rounder headset. We can not find any other headset that is such great for such a low price. This hardware convinced with great high, median and as well bass sounds. We also like how great games and even music sounds and how great the mic is. There is only one minus point. We would not use the headset for Videos and Podcasts. We love the high quality of the materials and the simple but fantastic looking design.
